What length of warranty does Nursery Smart offer with their baby furniture?
Nursery Smart baby furniture includes a one year limited factory warranty. We will replace or repair all manufacturing errors at no charge to you. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of our Nursery Smart baby furniture only.
What is your warranty?
Defective parts will be replaced within a one year period from date of original purchase. Missing parts will be replaced within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Nursery Smart warrants only new units purchased in it’s original packaging. The warranty does not cover used, secondhand or demos and is non-transferable.
Any damaged or defective part that result from normal wear and tear, abuse, negligence, improper use or alteration to the finish, design, and hardware of the crib, or the assembly of this product are not covered.
Please keep your receipt so that we may process your warranty request.
How do I order replacement parts for my Nursery Smart baby furniture?
If you need to order replacement parts please contact us directly, either send us an email customerservice@nurserysmart.com or give us a call at 626-333-1919, we will be more than happy to help you.
I lost my assembly instructions, what do I do?
If your have misplaced your instructions send us an email and we will be able to send you a digital copy of your instructions. We will need the model number of your crib, this can be found on the warning label located underneath the mattress support on the inside of your crib. Once you have this please email Customer Service. |
